As a Modern Workplace Engineer and Tech Lead at Digital Survival Company, I hold full technical ownership of the digital workplace. I design, implement and manage enterprise environments built on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Intune and Entra ID — ensuring employees can work productively and securely from anywhere.

My day-to-day spans the full spectrum of modern workplace engineering: from defining device management standards and security baselines, to architecting zero-touch Autopilot deployments and Conditional Access policies across multi-tenant environments. As Tech Lead of the Modern Workplace team I set the technical direction, guide the team on best practices and make sure every managed workplace is consistent, secure and future-proof.

Beyond operations I have a strong drive to build. I enjoy creating custom tooling and automation that solves real operational problems — from multi-tenant management portals to deployment pipelines. Building tools that make teams more effective is what keeps me sharp and motivated.

With over 10 years in IT — from system administration and cloud consulting to where I am today — I combine deep technical knowledge with a hands-on mentality. I believe the best workplace solutions come from people who both understand the strategy and are not afraid to get their hands dirty in the technology.
